Extra laundry and prayer request!

Last night, Dan took the kids out to see some Christmas lights. There is one house that has done such a huge display that they have it synchronized to music! According to Nathan, it was "incredible"! However, Amelia must have a problem with riding in a car and looking outside at the Christmas lights...because she decided to throw up all over herself and her car seat! Nathan was totally freaked out! So...today I'm doing laundry.....and airing out the car!

On a more positive note....I finished the Christmas cards!!! I apologize to those of you who won't get theirs until after Christmas because they aren't getting in the mail until later today!

I also have a prayer request. My nephew (who is 17) is in the hospital. He has been sick since sometime before Thanksgiving. He's can't keep any food down. He's lost close to 21 pounds! They have done several tests and can't seem to figure out what's going on. He saw a GI doctor on Monday and they put him on another anti biotic. He seemed better for about a day..and then he began vomiting again. They admitted him last night. Please pray for Ethan, and for the physicians that are treating him. We need to get to the bottom of this! Thank you!

You got it on the prayers for Ethan! May his doctors be guided to find the right treatment for him--ASAP!
Cool about the synchronized Christmas lights. I'd like to see that!

Dear Nancy,
I love Christmas light looking but there are so few lights where we live it is very dissapointing for the children especially. We put lights on all our veranda's and they look great.
I will pray for your nephew as well
God Bless

Dear Nancy,
I'm so sorry to hear your nephew is sick. I will keep him and his doctors in my prayers. What a scary thing to be going through!

Love your blog picture! Makes me want to be back in Italy right now celebrating the Natale.
