A question was asked during the homily today that requires some extra thought and contemplation on my part....
How often in our prayer time to we say...."Listen Lord, your servant is speaking"...instead of "Speak Lord, your servant is listening"?
Let me resolve myself to more silence during prayer...more listening...more resting in the Lord.

Well said! I read once that many people would love to serve the Lord - as an advisor. It's something I need to work on, that's for sure!
